Acer H7530D DLP Upward Trend Projector

    January 9, 2010 | Acer, Digital Projector | 2 Comments

With the H1085 Vivitek recently set a new standard for £ 1,000 or less market for DLP projectors, it is fair to say the H7530D comes at a delicate moment. But then with just about every new projector that we see in this sector outgunning the latter, maybe he will be able to continue the upward trend.

First impressions are somewhat mixed. The design of H7530D, for example, is fairly low on the sculpture grows, but trying valiantly to make himself look cute by applying a glossy finish and a surprisingly large logo Acer edges that illuminate in blue neon light when the projector is on.

To be honest, this kind of design does not meet the cinephile in me with great hope about the seriousness of the ambitions of cinema, H7530D home. The emphasis seems to be (shudder!) Family Fun instead. But hey – maybe I am wrong. Or perhaps the projector to force me to leave my hair and just having a laugh for once instead of taking this thing so seriously all the screening!

My willingness to try and optimism about H7530D rather tumble, however, when I see one HDMI row among its thin connections. The two aforementioned Vivitek H1085 and £ 1000 BenQ W1000 able to provide two HDMIs, leaving H7530D standing out like a sore thumb. [via trustedreviews]
