Active Media Sabertooth S4 SSD

Coming in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities, these cards feature a mini-PCIe-SATA II 3.0 Gb / s interface, chip MLC NAND flash memory, controller and JMicron JMF602B provide sequential read write speeds up to 130/50 MB / s.
These drives are compatible with SATA based netbooks including models of Eee PC S101, 900, 900A, 901 and 1000, and work with Windows 7, Vista, XP, 2000, Linux and Mac OS 10.x. [via techfresh]
