Active Media Products (AMP) has announced the 312 series Aviator SuperSpeed USB 3.0 external storage devices SSD. The 312 series Aviator is available in 16 GB (N16G-A312), 32GB (N32G-A312) and 64GB (N64G-A312) capabilities.

Based on MLC NAND flash memory, the AGP Aviator’s 312 provides up to 160 MB / s write speed and 240 MB / s read, using the USB 3.0 SuperSpeed that supports transfer speeds up to 4.8Gbits / s.The Aviator Active Media 312 is priced at $ 89 for 16GB, $ 119 for 32 GB and $ 209 for 64GB. [via itechnews]
