All these rumors of Apple (NASDAQ: AAPL) is launching new products, are in fact true. Apple today launched a new version of its iMac, and the emphasis is a speed and energy consumption. Another shock is that the Apple iMac offers a lower price.

The new Apple iMac comes with double the memory of the old model, you should get 4GB. The new iMac is also space for 1 TB of disk space. The latest Intel Core 2 Duo has been used, offering speeds from 2.66 GHz, with an option to upgrade to 3.06GHz.

Every new iMac now comes with NVIDIA graphics cards, the standard is the NVIDIA GeForce 9400M, or you can update the graphics card NVIDIA GeForce 120 GT, NVIDIA GeForce 130 GT or ATI Radeon HD 4850. The 24-inch iMac starts at only $ 1499. [ via product-reviews ]
