    The Arc Ball Clock is a DIY project you can build. It uses 2 stepper motors to control the 2 arcs. The arc on the left represent the hours and minutes is right. Holders of arc steel ball bearing that rolls freely on the arch over the number that gives the time.

    1. Print and cut out the motifs arc downloaded earlier.
    2. Use spray adhesive to fix the model 1 / 2 inch fiberboard medium density (MDF).
    3. Cut the wood near the online setup and then sand to the line. Make sure the interior of the hour and minute of the arcs are smooth and nick free ball bearings need to roll freely.
    4. Cut two 2 “x3-3 / 4″ pieces of MDF for the feet to the end of the arch.
    5. Cut a groove in the hours and minutes of arc, leaving a trail of balls to go on board. Bullets do not ride within the groove, but on the outer edge.
    6. For mounting the hours and minutes arches pierce a hole which will press fit on the motor shaft.
