ASUS Eee 1215N Dual Core 12-Inch Notebook

We first heard of the ASUS Eee 1215N few weeks ago, where only few details were known, as running an Intel Atom N500 dual-core processor with an NVIDIA ION Optimus . The N500 dual-core CPU running at 1.5GHz.

We now hear a few more details about this 12-inch netbook / notebook that will show that graphs with automatic switching output Full HD 1080p. Using the automatic switching, it enables the netbook to increase the graphics capabilities on the fly and as needed, and then shoot to save power when the demands on the screen are not.

We expect to hear official details of the ASUS Eee 1215N in the weeks to come May 13, which is then followed by the netbook hit production through time in July. Price wise, we have no official details, but it should cost somewhere in the region of $ 550 to $ 600.

Unfortunately we do not know how much RAM it just yet or storage, but ASUS normally have a few options available, such as 1 or 2 GB versions with a variety of readers from 160 GB to 500 GB Capacity . We should get all the details next week when the announcement happens. [via gadgetvenue]
