ASUS is preparing to launch a new device they called the Eee Pad. The ASUS Eee Pad is a tablet-based device will have a screen measuring between 4 and 7 inches, which will function as a tablet and MID.

The Pad Eee was inspired by rumors of Apple launches the Apple Tablet from what sources told Digitimes. ASUS is well known for their range of Eee netbooks and they must add one tablet / MI in this range, it will further improve the range of small appliances.

ASUS are qualified in the field of small devices like netbooks, so building something similar with a smaller screen would be a nice product next year. Of course, it is in all Digitimes sources which may or may not be correct. ASUSTeK Computer is preparing to launch a new device called Eee Pad featuring a 4 – to 7-inch panel, which offer a combination of Tablet PC and MID functions, according to industry sources.
