Asus ROG Crosshair Formula III Motherboard Harware
The ASUS ROG (Republic of Gamers) Crosshair Formula III is powered by AMD socket AM3, with CPU Level Up real-time overclocking, and a cluster SupremeFX X-Fi sound card. Based on the platform AMD AM3, the Crosshair Formula III is equipped with AMD 790FX chipset and offers up to 200 MT / s HyperTransport 3.0 system bus.

Connections five 3.0Gbps SATA-II, eSATA and one UltraDMA 133, Gigabit LAN, four channels of DDR3 1600 support up to 16GB, dual Firewire and 12 USB 2.0 connections. The board also supports ATI CrossFireX, and work with ASUS ‘ROG OC Station, bay overclocking controller mounted 3-inch LCD. No word on pricing or availability yet.
The ROG Crosshair Formula III motherboard has four slots for DDR3 memory DIMMs, two PCIe 2.0 x 16 slots, three slots PCIe2.0 × 1 PCI slot and one 2.2. It supports multiple GPUs through technology from ATI CorssFireX. As for storage, the motherboard has five SATA 3.0Gb / s, one eSATA and one UltraDMA 133.
Asus AM3-mother of nine board SupremeFX X-Fi 8-Ch Audio chipset. It has an eSATA port, 12 USB 2.0, two connectors 1394a.
