Joystiq recently revealed that Battlefield: Bad Company 2 will party Xbox Live chat during a multiplayer game, many people exploit the channel group as a way to cheat.

Modern Warfare 2 has disabled this feature (in certain game modes), because it allows people in a party to have members on both sides of a battle, so people can upload friends where enemies are. A spokesperson for EA has recently released this statement “We’re OK with the [party chat]. We have not taken a position pending against him and feel like people are cheating.
