Canon EOS 7D Firmware Update Digital Camera
July 28, 2010 | Canon, Digital Camera | 1 CommentCanon has released new firmware for the Canon EOS 7D digital SLR. The new firmware is version 1.2.2 and fixes the phenomenon of the opening to define the movement while in manual mode.

The complete list of fixes is below:
1. Fixes a phenomenon in which moves in the opening set to shoot movies in manual exposure mode using Canon lenses (such as macro lenses).
2. Fixes the AF point selection behavior of C. Fn III-7 (Manual AF pt. Selec. Motif) custom function mode [1].
3. Fix display for AF point level electronic viewfinder when shooting in upright position.
4. Corrects spelling errors in Spanish and Thai menu for the products concerned.
The firmware can be installed on all canon EOS 7D with version 1.2.1 and below. The update can be found over at Canon. [via gadgetvenue]
