Canon LEGRIA HF M31 Digital Camcorder

But the company doesn, rest on its laurels aot, and 2010 is scarcely begun before we Aore see the first examples of runoff from the next generation through.

First to reach Clubic is mid-range HF LEGRIA M31, atop a trio of brothers and sisters including the M36 HF and HF M306. The M31 HF is essentially another enhancement of LEGRIA HF20 and HF21. Like the latter, it relies on a 1/4in CMOS sensor with a gross of 3.89 megapixels, uses a Canon HD lens with the same specifications, offers a 15x optical zoom and incorporates an identical DIGIC DV III image processor .
The M31 HF has 32MB of flash memory, which is sufficient for three hours of footage at highest quality mode. This shoots AVCHD Full HD resolution at the maximum rate possible data 24Mbits/sec. The HF M31 also sports a slot for SD memory if you need more storage. So this is it, aos identical to the HF20. The biggest news is not the basic specifications, then. What has changed is the control interface. With the M31 RF, Canon has followed Sony and Panasonic and went on a touch screen LCD.
In regular shooting mode, there are three buttons on the screen. It simply passes between your camcorder and camera modes. The other allows on-screen buttons to operate the zoom and recording tipping, you can use the camcorder in both hands from a plus-size-oriented position. The FUNC button calls the final parameters of the camcorder, the menu has been completely redesigned from previous Canon cameras for easier operation with touch screen. The initial screen that has 12 options of two screens, you can switch between a finger stroke on the screen in a manner similar to an iPhone from Apple, aos app main interface.
The first screen provides access to focus, white balance, exposure, micro level, the program modes, and the full menu. The second screen has zoom control, AGC, video light, the function of pre-recording, digital effects and parameters of image stabilizer. Although most of these devices work the same way as with other Canon camcorders, there are some new additions. The focus and exposure options to take full advantage of the touch screen, offering a touch panel where you simply say what point in the frame you want to use as reference. However, Canon doesn, AOT offers the possibility to combine the two into a single action, unlike Sony and Panasonic. You can also work with the two sliders on the screen, if you prefer.
