The Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mark II offers photographers a wide range of print media options. Canon’s own range of media includes gloss, semi-glossy and matte photo papers, most of media art. Users can also load the Canon Pixma Pro 9000 Mark II with a variety of specialists, one third of the media – as Baryta types, canvas, and many other works of art media, including major manufacturers Canson, Hahnemuhle, Innova , PCM and Pictorico Takeo. Flat paper ensures that the media up to 1.2 mm thick remains intact and without folds.
Included with the PIXMA Pro9000 Mark II Canon Easy-PhotoPrint Pro – a plug-in for Adobe Photoshop, Canon Digital Photo Professional and the Adobe Photoshop Elements 6. Easy-PhotoPrint Pro allows photographers to print lots of images from Photoshop or Digital Photo Professional, simplifying the procedure by giving access to all print settings on a single screen. When used with Canon Digital Photo Professional, the plug-in allows photographers Canon EOS print directly from RAW files without having to convert images of any intermediate format. Users of other D-SLR cameras can use Adobe Photoshop Elements to allow conversion of RAW files and print them.
New for the Canon Pixma Pro9000 Mark II is an Ambient Light Correction technology by using the Canon Kyuanos.
