Canon PowerShot A2000IS Digital Camera
March 29, 2009 | Others | Comments OffThe body of the Canon PowerShot A2000 IS has changed from its predecessor, the IXUS 720 IS. The camera has become a little more traditional in design, a little square with lines and the slightly curved edges. Most striking is the fact that the grip has disappeared, and I can imagine the discussions that must take place during meetings designer. I enjoyed the handle of the PowerShot A series, and gave the camera a little more cachet. Instead, the design has its bulkiest on the right side for a better hand-fit. Resulting in a fine hand-shaped, but which offer less grip compared to its predecessor.

Compact and easy to use, is essentially what the objectives for A2000 IS, Canon introduced and how the camera. Even more than ever, the emphasis seems to be on usability. There are even three auto modes work fully automatic, redundant manual activities, step by step, during which the last adjustment is fully automatic, even the most basic to disable the buttons. And the idea behind it is not so strange at all, in fact, just press and voilà: your photo is ready.
What was the 6x optical zoom combined with a system of image stabilization. And like its competitors, Canon is not able to resist this new equipment with a higher amount of pixels. For the PowerShot A2000 IS, it means an increase of 8 megapixels offered by its predecessor (A720 IS), at 10 megapixels. [ via letsgodigital ]
