Canon REALiS SX7 Mark II Multimedia Widescreen Projector

The new projector features advanced LCOS (Liquid Crystal on Silicon) technology with Canon’s AISYS (Aspectual Illumination System) Optical Engine.
The REALiS SX7 Mark II offers a native resolution of 1400 × 1050 when it also supports the resolution 1280 × 800 in widescreen with no need for compression and distortion.
It has 4000 lumens of brightness, contrast of 1000:1, a canon 1.7x Powered Zoom / Focus Lens for ease of projector placement and speaker 1W mono. Canon’s LCOS projector supports Adobe RGB and sRGB color spaces and offers DVI, D-Sub, RCA. The Canon REALiS SX7 Projector Mark II will be published in April 2010. [via itechnews]
