NEC X431BT Professional Bar-type LCD
NEC has announced a unique addition to its X series, the X431BT professional quality bar display type LCD. This 43-inch screen is designed for customers who wish to capitalize on digital signage, but did not provide an environment that allows standard size screens.
The X431BT offers 1920 × 480 native resolution, contrast ratio of 3,000:1, brightness of 500cd/m2 typical brightness 700cd/m2 max, and support for both landscape and portrait orientation. Like the other NEC monitors professional, this screen bar-type features improved video wall capabilities, including TileMatrix (up to 10 × 10), the function TileComp copy, and person or group identification functions. PIP, POP and patterns of side-by-side are also provided.
The NEC offers X431BT DisplayPort, HDMI, DVI-D inputs, Ethernet port, RS-232 multi-screen control and daisy chain capabilities and integrated into the expansion slot allows for seamless integration of NEC and third party components. The screen is priced at $ 3,799. [via itechnews]
NEC Eco-Friendly Full HD Monitor
NEC has released another eco-Full HD monitor in the form of the MultiSync E231W. This new 23-inch monitor backlit by LEDs is compatible with Energy Star 5.0, 5.0, EPEAT Gold and TCO, and consumes 40% less energy compared to conventional CCFL backlight in LCD monitors.
In terms of performance, E231W offers 1920 x 1080 Full HD resolution, 25,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio, 250 cd/m2 brightness, response time of 5ms and has VGA, DVI and DisplayPort. The NEC MultiSync E231W will start shipping this month for $ 299. [via techfresh]
NEC NP115 Value BrilliantColor Technology Projector
NEC NP115 projector adds new value to its NP Series, replacing the NP110 and NP215 join. Designed for growing small businesses and medium education, the NP115 is ideal for mobile applications such as classrooms with mobile carts or conference rooms where ultralight aircraft are a must and affordable.
The NEC NP115 is based on DLP technology and features 800 x 600 resolution, 2000:1 contrast ratio, 2500 lumens brightness, up to 5000 hours lamp life, the BrilliantColor technology. NEC Adds E461 46-Inch and E551 55-Inch New Displays
NEC is adding two new models to its entry-level E-Series with the announcement of the new E461 46-inch and 55 inch E551. With these two new models, online affordable professional NEC screens now spans a range of sizes from 32 inches to 55-inch screen.
Both new models offer full high definition 1080p resolution and refresh rate of 120 Hz Other features include a built-in ATSC / NTSC / QAM tuner, four HDMI inputs, up to 5000:1 typical contrast ratio, high- 12W stereo speakers and a detachable swivel. The E461 and E551 are expected for the month of August for the respective prices of $ 999 and $ 1499.

NEC New LED-Based Big Screen Projector
If you love watching movies on your big screen projection, but yours has just enough shine for you, so take a look at this new LED based projector NEC Display Solutions. It has a brightness of 2,000 lumens and claims to be the world’s brightest LED-based projector.
It is capable of displaying 98 percent of the color defined in the standard Adobe RGB which is over 30% more than a regular projector. The bad news is they have no immediate plans to market, but the good news is that when they launched the brightness is 3000-4000 lumens. [via techfresh]
