D-Link Routers Captcha Security System

The technology was designed to stop people using automated methods to open numerous accounts and start sending their junk around. D-Link announced that Captcha will be published in a firmware update on a number of their routers to prevent automatic connection attempts to go beyond your home network.

The new firmware on the D-Link routers will prevent access to common pages of the router settings and if you choose to update your firmware, you should see the new captcha in place.
Routers from D-Link, which has issued new firmware is the DIR-615, DIR-625, DIR-628, DIR-655, DIR-825, DIR-855, DIR-685 and DGL-4500. [ via gadgetvenue ]
