Compare to another model, DC-MC35ULI, the new DC-MCNP1 is more smooth, slim and elegant.The DC-MCNP1 a 2.5-inch SATA hard drive bay for users to add their own car. There are also USB ports for connecting external storage.
The media player supports most media formats, including DivX, XviD, MKV, H.264, RMVB video, AAC, MPEG2, WMA9, FLAC audio. It offers HDMI output with 1080p, and the composite video output. Digital and analog audio outputs are also provided.
Digital Cowboy DC-MCNP1 has an Ethernet port which means it can be connected to your home network and do media streaming. It can also be used as a network storage (NAS) device. The HD player for the price of 19,900 yen with an included remote. [via itechnews]
