CCD image stabilization is passing, and in dual mode, ISO increase. There is face recognition and in camera, eyes red. A limited number of manual controls, but in use, we found that the N on the mode dial ( “preserves the natural environment, without flash”) has good results. The LCD screen of 7.5 cm is acceptable as a viewfinder, but to examine the images, it is a bit misleading in the color and contrast. There is an internal memory of 25 MB, supplemented by one of SD or xD cards. The rechargeable battery is proprietary and a 230-shot capacity is claimed. The printed manual base is just that – basic. The camera has used credit cards facing the area and 23mm thick.
LIKE: Image quality is generally good with some tendency to under low light. The skin tones are fine and faithful. This is one of the best cameras for the self-balancing blanks. We found that the use of the parameter N good results we have obtained through a mixture of light and fluorescent window available. Noise and noise reduction objects are visible in full expansion, but generally well treated and will not appear in standard prints. The sharpness of the image is good, with little loss of accuracy of noise reduction.
Dislikes: The lack of an optical viewfinder is still boring. Sony and Canon can adapt to this OVFs price point – why not all the manufacturers?
VERDICT: We love the look Fuji, especially for skin tones. It has some trial and error before setting resolved N has decided to leave it better cameras make decisions even if it sometimes means ISO levels also affect high clean images.
