GPSauge Introduce GPS Over IP Technology
GPSauge unveiled their new navigation device run on dual processor during CeBIT 2008 which using DATAoverIP technology.

The data over internet protocol provides geographical coordinates via the Internet, sending data in a compressed form that allows live tracking on any Internet-ready PC or laptop using GPSoverIP (Positioning System over Internet Protocol).

I think it will reduce the cost because it use IP to control the navigation and hopefully it will implemented in other GPS. There’s no price available yet but it will be launch on quarter 2 on 2008.
