The G1 offers other experience more intuitive Smart-Phone. At startup, the phone displays a graphic design of an android, with an animated finger pointing to the android and instructions to “touch the android to begin.”
Measuring 4.6 inches high by 2.1 inches wide by 0.6 inch deep and weighing 5.6 ounces, the G1 is certainly not the most elegant device. The actual display measures 3.2 inches diagonally and has a 320×480 resolution. It is dynamic and strong, like the iPhone and RIM BlackBerry Storm, the touch screen is capacitive, so it will only address the tip of your finger and not your fingernail or other objects like a stylus .
The T-Mobile G1 interface is clean, fun and easy to use. You have the freedom to customize the home screen with your favorite applications and you can do this in two ways. The Android 1.5 update also brings a whole home screen of a widget analog clock, calendar, music player, picture frame, and research.
The T-Mobile G1 is 3G first carrier-capable smartphone, operating on bands 1700/2100MHz. As an alternative to 3G, the G1 has integrated Wi-Fi and it can seamlessly transfer between 3G and accessible Wi-Fi networks
The T-Mobile G1 will be available from T-Mobile black, white, or bronze and costs $ 149.99 with a two-year contract.
