HTC HD2 Update Windows Mobile 7 Phone
January 17, 2010 | Cell Phones, HTC, Software | 1 CommentA couple of times last year a few bits of information has emerged about the possibility of obtaining the HD2 HTC Windows Mobile 7 Update as it becomes available. From what we understand the launch WM7 will not be anytime soon and will probably towards the end of the year.
The guys on the XDA Developers had one of their members to ask questions about the possibility and a response came back saying … “Thank you for your question on HD2. What we are doing it ROM Upgrades from our website, however 6.5 Windows Mobile has been out 2 months and Windows Mobile 7 has not yet been developed. This wont be out until next November at the earliest. But when it is available, it will be a free download”.
Like the two previous cases (linked above) for information on the HD2 get Windows Mobile 7 Finally, it is also not very good evidence that the device does run a 1GHz processor and Snapdragon is a high-end, so I agree to the device receiving the update later. [via gadgetvenue]
