The i-Mate KJAR is a PDA phone running Windows Mobile 5 OS. It is powered by Ana OMAP750 processor, 128 MB ROM, 64MB RAM and a 2.4-inch QVGA touch, a 2 megapixel camera, 802.11b WiFi, Bluetooth 1.2 and a miniSD card slot.
