iPhone 3G S Versions 8GB Phone
December 11, 2009 | Cell Phones, iPhone | 1 CommentTesco has announced that the iPhone 3G and S 3G will be available in their local telephone beginning December 14. We first heard of Tesco in the UK selling the iPhone in the UK back in November but the dates time pricing and release were not known.
Pricing for the iPhone Tesco starts with a £ 20/month contract for 12 months where you can pay an initial fee of a front to the iPhone. On this contract, you can get the 8GB 3G iPhone for £ 222 while a 16GB iPhone 3G will cost S £ 320 and the 32GB iPhone 3G will cost S £ 407. The monthly fee one other jumps a little on a £ 60/month contract for 24 months where the first two iPhones are free and the 32GB model will cost £ 50 in advance on the contract.
Although the price is interesting to note that I would have liked to see more options mean between 12 months and £ 20 contract 24 months 60 pounds may be a contract with £ 30 – £ 35 18 months maturity. Tesco also offer a Pay-as-you-go iPhone where you can complete by £ 15/month and get £ 30 free credits or if you reload with £ 20/month, you get £ 40 free credit which is not a bad deal. However, pricing for the iPhone goes against the contract with the versions 8GB iPhone 3G costs 342 pounds with the 16GB and 32GB 3G S versions costing £ 440 and £ 538 respectively. [via gadgetvenue]
