IPhone 4G Cortex A8 Based ARM Chip
July 30, 2009 | Cell Phones, iPhone | 1 CommentWith the increase in processor performance for combined increasingly in demand, it now appears that faster ARM have created their ARM Cortex A8-based chip. With many devices now pushing the barrier of 1 GHz, it seems likely that these chips are very popular.

The chip design is the same as the CPU of the Apple iPhone but the clock speed of 600 MHz chip in the new clocks at 1 GHz, many experts believe that these chips are very similar to their predecessor, the 600 could be used in the iPhone or Palm Pre with relatively little difficulty.Apparently, the 600MHz processor in the iPhone 3GS is underclocked form 833MHz if the difference is not so great.
