    Laser Based Focus Free Portable Projector

    Light Blue Optics, based near Cambridge, United Kingdom, have created a new portable projector, which uses laser as a source of light. Using laser has a number of advantages over the bulb and LED based projectors in that it can produce better quality images and video produced will always be developed.

    The first generation of these laser projectors have been built and the first models will be their way of OEMs at the end of this year, which means that we begin to see them made available first half of next year.

    Another characteristic is that the costs they have also worked on adding the ability to touch the projector allows you to exploit the surface on which the image is to scroll through the photos. The 1st generation device currently measures approximately 30 cm cubes and a new 2nd generation laser projector is being prepared which should be the size of about 5cm3 to the size of a sugar cube.
