July 23, 2010 | Computer, Display, Notebook | Comments OffWell, what do you know? Another Tablet PC! We are about half-jokingly, but there is no doubt that 2010 is becoming the year of the tablet. Apple this week released its first quarterly profit with IPAD included in sales, and they managed to sell more devices that iPad Macs during the past quarter. It is a clear indication that the revolution is back on Tablet, and almost all other firms in the market is scrambling to catch up.

Lenovo has long held a peak in the Business Notebook, with its tough, stylish machines seem to be in the building business most often. But the company has generally shied away from nothing too outrageous. They left the line earlier this year by launching their first smartphone in China, and now it looks like they will join the movement slate a little later with the introduction of the LePad.
According to recent observations by Liu Jun, senior vice-president and president of Lenovo Group’s Consumer Business, Lenovo tablet next use the Android OS from Google and will be available later this year. Other specifications for the screen size, internal storage, etc., must still be confirmed. It is also difficult to know when Lenovo will ship outside of his country LePad Chinese usually prefer Lenovo “win” in China before spreading to other markets, so it may be well LePad in 2011 before making its American debut. Currently, however, the tablet PC market could very well be completely saturated. We’ll see. [via hothardware]
