LG DP171 Portable DVD Player

LG Electronics Japan has recently published the DP171 portable DVD player. The device is a swivel-type LCD that allows viewing from 7 different angels. Ita ¢ â, ¬ â “¢ s also made especially for sharing and headset includes two terminals. Apart from DVD corresponds with DVD-R,-RW,-R DL, + R and + RW the DP171 can also play DivX, MP3, WMA and JPEG.

Battery life is a meager 3.5 hours just enough for about 1-2 full length movies, but it comes with a car adapter for those long drives. Also part of the summary is an AC adapter and Slim card-type remote control. As of press time the device is only available on the Japanese market for about 30,000 yen.
