    LG X110 Simple NetBook

December 21, 2008 | Electronics, LG, Notebook | Comments Off

The MSI Wind U110 has been a great success for buyers and sellers as well, and both Advent and Medion offer the same NETBOOK under their own brand. And now, here is another manufacturer with its own rebadged wind, but the LG X110 has more than just a new name on the cover. NETBOOK other manufacturers were aboard mutter about 3G from the first day, but Dell has so far. Its Inspiron Mini 9 has more than its share of quirks that, while the LG X110 is a more simple NETBOOK.

We will not go into details about the LG X110 chassis and you can read our MSI Wind review if you want to know more about its general design and the quality of its screen and keyboard. The X110 is not a complete clone of the wind, even if – LG used a slightly different profile of its cover, plus a slightly different arrangement of ports on its right side.

Of course, the MSI Wind is not without weaknesses of its own initiative and the LG X110 suffers from the same thin hinged oscillating screen (as you can see it in our hands on video) and even low battery – a simple 2200 three cell unit that works for a couple of hours of light use, with Wi-Fi and 3G disabled. MSI has recently started to ship six cells with wind much better battery life, then you can add a longer battery LG X110 if you want. [ Via mobilecomputermag ]
