Microsoft Hotmail Software Web-based IM

This means that Microsoft added to the web chat Hotmail.

This new feature has been added to users in a number of countries like France, Spain, Japan and the United Kingdom. Microsoft is not in the middle of adding a new service to users in Brazil, China, Germany, United States and Canada.
Cnet News tells us that this new cool feature is available through Hotmail, as well as those that the page lists a user Windows Live contacts. Web-based IM is not as fast as instant messaging software that runs natively on a PC, but there are a number of reasons why Web-based IM can be useful as they are for the Web – based e-mail.
