Motorola Confirms HTC Droid Phone

As mentioned previously, the Droid Motorola has a 3.7 inch 480 × 854 touchscreen, a 5 megapixel auto-focus camera with dual LED flash and a side slide QWERTY keyboard.

The Droid is stimulated by a processor 550MHz ARM Cortex A8 processor. It supports GPS / A-GPS, Bluetooth 2.1 + EDR and WiFi 802.11b / g connectivity. The smartphone includes Google Android Mobile Services, including the latest application Google Map Beta navigation. The droid is equipped with Accelerometer, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, and eCompass.
Verizon version of Motorola Droid supports CDMA 1X 800/1900, EVDO Rev. A network and Motorola is preparing a GSM / WCDMA version. It will be available November 6 for $ 199 after $ 100 mail-in rebate) with 2 year contract. [via trustedreviews]
