Multitude 3D Screen TV No Specs Around Corner
June 15, 2009 | Component, Display | Comments Off3D is becoming a big thing from a multitude of 3D screens and graphics cards have been revealed in the last year. When people still think they think of 3D cardboard red and blue specifications that you had to wear when you watch Jaws 3D in 80 years. These days most modern we see now rather nice sunglasses, which are more acceptable, but a pain if you ask me. For this reason, a company have been working on a 3D TV that does not require special glasses to all and allows you to simply sit and watch.

If the technology can be implemented successfully, it is a winner if you ask me. Nobody really wants the desire to bring a pair of glasses to watch TV that makes this perfect idea. The technology was created by a company called Holovision. They ended in April of last year and his successor named Osiris took over.
The resolution used to generate 3D holographic style 10x which is HDTV, which is quite massive. At present, there must be 9 PC connected at the same time working to produce the images.
“We had essentially the projection engine in a special way and imaging of holographic film used for the screen. The combination of these elements, with the projection of engines being driven by a group of nine high-end PCs, advanced software and new, has enabled us to achieve our goals”, he notes.
6 colors are used in the system to create a full range of RGB colors as is currently done. A rear projector is used with a series of mirrors that allows the user to move around their heads. He has been compared to looking through a window and walking around you see more of the image, the more you move. Using mirrors and rear projection, they are currently able to get the screen to a depth of about 20 inches. [ via gadgetvenue ]
