    Nokia unveiled a new smartphone called the C5 Nokia. The C5 is the beginning of a new series of Nokia phones called the CSeries that ads for XSeries already available and telephones in unannounced Eseries and Nseries.

    The new features are included in the Nokia C5 as a telephone directory that allows you to see friends Facebook status “and to send messages from the directory. The C5 is sitting in the middle class carries the CSeries and Series 60 3rd edition operating system Symbian. It has a 2.2 inch screen and a camera of 3.2 megapixels. Software wise, it is pre-installed Maps Ovi allows free navigation in a number of countries around the globe.

    The C5 supports microSD cards for memory capacity to be increased up to an additional 16GB. A microSD card of 2 GB is provided when you buy the phone. The home screen lets you put the details of three close friends on the main screen and see what they are as easy access to message them or call them or by instant messaging, Google Talk or Windows Live Messenger.

    Size wise the phone is 12 mm thick while the width and height are 46mm and 112mm. The drummer gives a pretty good 12 hours of talk time on a single charge. The phone will be launched in Europe in the second quarter cost € 135 before taxes or subsidies. [via gadgetvenue]
