Office 2010 Should Businesses Upgrade Software

Currently there are three versions of Office installed on many computers today are Office 2000, Office 2003 and Office 2007, many users will be more than satisfied with the features offered in these versions of Office, so why update?

There are quite a few pros that Office 2010 offers a great Pro is the addition of the SharePoint workspace, enabling secure sharing and editing SharePoint content both online and offline. There are also many new features offered in 2010, most of these new features include interface improvements, one notable change is that applications are 64-bit applications, then use the data more and more memory Wordbook to Excel.
A problem with Office 2010 64-bit is that there will not be a way to move databases to protect the 32-bit editions for 64-bit editions. Another disadvantage is that if your company uses Visual Basic applications these may not be compatible new new model used in Office 2010. [via product-reviews]
