Palm Pre Manufacturer Invited Developers Applications

    April 9, 2009 | Cell Phones, Electronics, iPhone | 1 Comment

Palm is currently preparing to launch its new handset, the meadow. The phone manufacturer invited developers to create applications for its latest smartphone. Palm has a lot riding on before, as he will take on the likes of the Apple 3G iPhone and Research in Motion (RIM) BlackBerry smartphones.

    Palm Pre Developers Applications

Palm has already announced that the Palm App Catalog launch when the combined pre hits stores later this quarter. These stores are about a trend that was started by Apple with its App Store for the iPhone handset.

Mobiledia have informed us that Palm has asked to present before the application programmers to App Catalog once it opens.

Programmers will be able to submit nominations for the upcoming App Catalog after its opening. Developers will be able to apply online at http://developer.palm.com, where they will then be given a Mojo Software Developers Kit (SDK). This kit will allow developers to then design an application to the meadow. [ via product-reviews ]
