Panasonic SC-BT330 Blu Ray Home Theater System
May 29, 2010 | MP3 Player, Panasonic | 1 CommentIt is not surprising that the number of systems Blu-ray home theater market is growing because people are demanding practical and relatively inexpensive upgrade to Blu-ray and get a system Full audio at the same time. And now that Blu-ray is the finished article, we begin to see loads of devices ordered by crawling a good example is 3D capable, Wi-Fi equipped Samsung HT-C6930W system we discussed last week.

Now it’s Panasonic’s turn to show us what he can do. The list of features SC-BT330 is not as complete as the Samsung system above (there is no 3D, for starters), but as Samsung, Panasonic always packs his last complete systems technology turns and generally pleasant book performance.
What sets this system apart from Panasonic SC-BT230 cheapest package is the inclusion of high column speakers for the front channels, as opposed to satellites diddy is the BT230. These speakers are available in three parts that you screw he himself, a stand with a high-wire and a circular base – and they can be attached to a wall if you prefer.
But the quality of construction of the front speakers leave much to be desired, with each section and plasticky feeling of emptiness, an obvious attempt to lower costs. Once assembled, form and style is about as elegant as a drunken father on the dance floor, and just over one meter above they are quite impressive too. If this is the style you want, try an LG or Samsung.
Satellites provide much better support quality construction. Students are so small that you can almost fit in your pocket, while the use of a glossy black finish on top adds a touch of glamor. The center is the same, but turned horizontally to fit under your TV, while the subwoofer Kelton glossy front panel and compact size makes a surprisingly elegant addition to the lineup.
These speakers can be arranged in a traditional manner with the rear tires on the back of the room, but if you prefer, you can put them forward and activate the Cinema Surround. All speakers used cones made of bamboo to provide a sound Panasonic describes as “more sensitive” than regular cones.
And if you’re feeling flush, you can add an optional SH-FX71 transmitter wireless kit / receiver for about £ 100, which allows you to install rear speakers without having to install cables in the back of room. If you can afford two SH-FX71s and two additional speakers in hand, Panasonic says that you can even opt for a 7.1 channel system, but with only 5.1 amplification on board, you’ll have to settle for Virtual 7.1 Surround .
Blu-ray, audio decoding, amplification and all other functions are performed by the slim, sleek device that looks like Panasonic Blu-ray players independently. Inside, the amplifier brings 1000 watts of audio power and it will decode Dolby TrueHD, DTS HD Master Audio or other Blu-ray audio formats.
Blu-ray section includes many features and images found on bridges tech autonomous society, including the treatment P4HD, PHL Reference Chroma Processor Plus and high precision color reproduction 4:04:04. And because it’s Profile 2.0, you can use to access the BD Live content, even if you insert an SD card to store downloads. [via trustedreviews]
