The new Plustek scanners have been designed to meet the needs of companies seeking to take control of their electronic information assets. Plustek conducted hands on demos at their booth on their full range of award-winning laptops, scanners and mobile workgroups. Highlights included the Plustek MobileOffice D428, AD450 MobileOffice and SmartOffice PL1530 Scanner.
The Plustek MobileOffice D428 is a full color duplex scanner and only 4×12 inches. The scanner has a resolution of 600 dpi, a scanning speed of 2.2 seconds per page (28 ppm) and scans all the media to the thickness of a credit card.
The AD450 MobileOffice Plustek scanner includes many of the same features, is still one of the few duplex mobile scanner on the market with an automatic document feeder (ADF) and the ability to run on AC power or USB bus, making Ideal for anywhere, any time of scanning. Plustek SmartOffice PL1530 is the first of the new range of scanners Plustek which can be shared between two computers by USB ports. Documents can be scanned on the flatbed or ADF and sent to a computer with the press of a button.
Multi-page documents can be scanned simultaneously from both sides and saved as searchable PDF files to records management, archiving and processing forms a snap!
