PS2 and Dreamcast Emulator For PS3
September 24, 2009 | Games, Sony | 2 CommentsWe have some interesting news for PS3 users now on the possibility of an upcoming PS2 and Dreamcast emulator for the PS3. The news comes after documents have been disclosed on a meeting that took place between Sony and Sega, discussing the idea.
According to the report from iTProPortal a website in French as the Objective-Sega was able to obtain this document and stated that Sony planned to introduce PS2 games for purchase on the PlayStation Store. At the same time, Sega, were rumored to have reached an agreement with Sony to make the Dreamcast titles to the PS3, ending speculation that a deal with Microsoft has been in the works.
Let us know what you think about it. Of course the idea of playing Dreamcast games on your PS3 will be nice, but will surely come at some price, even for your standard PS2. [via product-reviews]
