    Quanta Computer. You may have never heard of them. You probably have never visited their site. You’ve probably never seen an advertisement for their business on TV. So why are they so important? They are the manufacturer of laptops for some of the contract marks the world’s largest notebook, including Hewlett-Packard, Dell and Sony. Thus, each laptop that you see Dell, HP or Sony was built in the same factory (or a set of plants). It’s pretty wild, but it’s true.

In June 2010, Quanta has set a record for most laptops come in a month. 4.8 million of them have been sent from their factories, which is a pretty impressive feat, given the gravity of the economy was in June 2009.
