Samsung Create a Bendable OLED Screen
May 31, 2009 | Component, Display, Gadgets | Comments OffSamsung has created a new flexible OLED display. It measures 6.5 inches and is completely flexible. Samsung say that the prototype of the screen is much more flexible, other AMOLED screens created.

The flexible display does not require low temperatures to create an image before the difference in screens. This has reduced production costs by giving a little potential to be mass produced. With all the ongoing process of simplification, it could mean that we begin to see the flexible screens sooner rather than later.
Using such a AMOLED screen could include documents, passports, military maps and large screens on mobile phones that can be rolled if necessary. The response time of these screens is 1000 times faster would be an LCD display. [ via gadgetvenue ]
