SDXC memory cards have been cited this year’s CES. These new cards are larger capacity capable of storing up to 2 TB of data.

SDXH (SD expansion) cards to be launched later this year with the first card with a transfer rate of 104MBps is a roadmap has been planned, which should see this increase to an impressive 300Mbps.

I do not know about you, but I find it very impressive that 2TB is a lot of data to take in such a tiny space. With this storage capacity in an SD card also opens the way for even greater capacity in the future. Where will it stop? I doubt it will. [ via gadgetvenue ]
