Sony 3D Tech Electronics

According to this EE Times article, it was revealed that the Blu-Ray Disc Association also sought to use 3D technology into their disk format.
Even more interesting if Sony are planning to expand their 3D technology into their VAIO notebooks, Blu-ray Disc and as their PlayStation 3.
EETimes Sony also revealed that they will be using a shutter “active” technology, using electronic glasses containing tiny flaps that open and close rapidly in line with the television image to create a 3D printing .
