Sony introduced a new member of the Alpha DSLR range, the entry-level Alpha A450 who are sitting between the A500 and A350. The unit is equipped with 14.2 megapixel Sony sensor Exmor CMOS image processor and the BIONZ image processing. It also offers the Auto HDR high dynamic imaging camera.

The Alpha A450 features ISO to 12800, 7 frames per second continuous shooting, Live View mode, the 9-point autofocus, built-in image stabilization SteadyShot INSIDE and the function D-Range Optimizer for exposure naturally balanced in all situations. It also includes creative style settings.

The Sony A450 comes with a screen 2.7-inch LCD and Memory Stick PRO Duo / PRO-HG Duo and SD / SDHC. [via itechnews]
