    Sony CyberShot DSC-HX1 Panoramic Scanning Tecnology Digital Camera

    Sony (NYSE: SNE) announced the new Sony CyberShot DSC-HX1 it is their first digital camera to feature panoramic scanning technology. The new camera can take 224 degree panorama shots in one easy sweep motion.

    This 9.1-megapixel is the first Cyber-shot using the 1/2.4-inch Exmore (TM) technology, CMOS sensors. Using this technology allows the camera to achieve a burst speed of up to 10 frames per second. The camera uses an electronic shutter, which enables it to achieve the fast shutter speeds.

    The Sony CyberShot DSC-HX1 capture video at 1080p, and with a built-in stereo microphone, you have clear video capture and sound. The device will be available from April and will cost about $ 500. [ via product-reviews ]
