Some interesting news on the motion controller for Sony PS3 coming now, as there have been rumors that the final name could prove to be the “Gem”, although Sony has denied the rumors.

According to the report from Eurogamer, a Sony REP America revealed that the codename for the motion controller was “Gem”, but said the final name for the product has not yet been arrested.

This is supported also by the Bossman of Electronic Arts, as you recall in May he refers to the order, the “Gem” in a conference call earlier. [via product-reviews]
