SpinPoint N3U 250 GB Hard Drive Computer

The latest addition to Sammy’s SpinPoint family is a 1.8-inch drive with 250gigs storage space. The reader is to design, to reduce its footprint and energy consumption and maximize performance.
Most external hard drives require the addition of a bridge circuit to convert the board PATA hard drive interface in a USB interface. Samsung N3U drive, however, uses a native USB interface and as such does not need the bridge board.
In addition, the SpinPoint N3U also eliminates the possible points of failure because of losing the connection cables, which consumes about 40% less energy compared to the 2.5-inch hard drive with a storage capacity equivalent .
The new Samsung SpinPoint N3U native USB interface device is provided on the market from mid-July 2009 for an MSRP of $ 199.
