After several days of silence from TechCrunch about the joojoo be unveiled on Monday, they finally spoke, saying they have filed a lawsuit against the creators of joojoo Fusion Garage.

The causes of action include fraud and deceit, misuse of business ideas, Breach of Fiduciary Duty, and Unfair Competitition of Violatioins the Lanham Act. The case is embedded in the TechCrunch post is here and is 41 pages. [via gadgetvenue]
