Vertu Ferrari Branded Handset Phone
December 14, 2008 | Cell Phones, Electronics, Gadgets | 1 CommentNokia luxury arm, Vertu has launched a limited edition combined with the Ferrari brand, known as the Vertu Ascent Ferrari 60. Just sixty aircraft will be sold to commemorate the 60th anniversary of the Ferrari company.
The device is made of titanium and even use the same screws as used on Ferarri cars. The back is coated in the same leather used on car seats and the back is decorated with the gear shift in titanium. Curiously, the box also includes a valve from a Ferrari F1 car as a souvenir. The owners will also be able to claim a refurbishment of the leather cover every six months as part of the package. No pricing details are available – but Vertu handsets do not tend to be in the low cost market. A little less “limited” edition Ferrari device was launched in March, which comes with a red leather support.
