Wii Xbox Project Natal From Microsoft Games

Following on from this very impressive bit of kit from Microsoft, Nintendo and their Wii console how to react?

With the Nintendo Wii already declining before the announcement, it is certainly to get these leaders to scrape Nintendo. If Microsoft promises given in the draft Natal tech demo, Nintendo will not be able to compete with that, is not it?
