Windows 7 Breaks 3.48 Shares Software
November 4, 2009 | Computer, Software | 1 CommentWindows 7 was launched recently and has already reached 3.48 shares of market% according to figures collected at the end of October. These figures represent only installed copies and do not include copies shipped that were not installed just yet.
Windows 7 has been around for several months now in beta. Just before the 21-digit date in October showed a 1.89% share. The representative% 1.89 beta installed also counts towards the total 3.48% reported.
Windows is currently more than 90% vs installs on Macs and Linux 5.27% to 0.96%. Figures shown here have been collected from customers live stats on MarketShare. [via gadgetvenue]
