Microsoft has acknowledged the problem of Xbox 360 Gamertag and is currently working on a solution to solve the problem. The issue has caused the players to have problems when you try to renew their membership to Gold on Xbox Live.

As indicated by GamesIndustry.biz, Xbox 360 owners have been worrying that this problem causes them to lose all their points of successes in recent years, but Microsoft announced that they are intended to allow players to “link their Gamertag to the new Windows Live ID.
